We are searching for an AT&T Representative who enjoys customer engagement, sales, and helping our customers choose the right plans, smartphones, and mobile data options for their needs. As an AT&T Representative, your sales training begins with a clear look at AT&T's wireless services. We'll teach you how to lead the sales journey, helping customers compare mobile options to find the best fit. The AT&T Representative will then handle the paperwork and device setups, ensuring their sales are always accurate and professional. Core Functions of the AT&T Representative Represent AT&T by maintaining a professional, approachable presence that encourages customers to explore communication solutions. Listen closely to each customer's lifestyle and communication habits, uncovering how AT&T's cell phones and data plans can simplify their daily routines. Demonstrate AT&T smartphones in person, letting customers see and feel the speed, clarity, and reliability that set AT&T apart. Recommend the most suitable data package by connecting plan features to the customer's needs as an AT&T Representative, whether streaming, working, or staying in touch. Introduce accessories or bundled AT&T services that complement the purchase, enhancing convenience and maximizing sales. Build lasting trust by following up after the sale, ensuring customers remain satisfied and confident in their choice of AT&T. Preferred Skills for an AT&T Representative Goal-oriented and enjoys fast-paced, customer-focused sales environments. Customer-first approach that creates engaging and trustworthy sales experiences.
