We're looking for a reliable, organized, and creative individual to join our team as an Office Administrator & Marketing Coordinator . This role is perfect for someone who enjoys keeping an office running smoothly while also bringing fresh ideas to our marketing efforts. About the Role This position blends day‑to‑day administrative support with hands‑on marketing responsibilities. You'll be the go‑to person for office organization, communication, and workflow — and you'll also help shape how our brand shows up in the community and online. Key Responsibilities Manage daily office operations, including scheduling, filing, and general administrative support Assist with customer communication, phone calls, and email correspondence Prepare documents, forms, and internal communications Coordinate marketing projects, social media posts, and promotional campaigns Help maintain brand consistency across all platforms Support event planning, community outreach, and partnership opportunities Track marketing metrics and assist with reporting Work closely with leadership to execute new ideas and improve processes What We're Looking For Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and deadlines Clear, professional communication style Basic experience with social media, marketing tools, or content creation A proactive mindset — someone who sees what needs to be done and takes initiative Ability to work independently and as part of a small team Familiarity with office software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, etc.) Preferred (but not required) Experience in marketing, communications, or office administration Graphic design or content creation skills Knowledge of local Hood River businesses and community Why Join Us You'll be part of a supportive, collaborative environment where your ideas matter.
