Full-time Description:
The Content & Marketing Coordinator supports both Digital/In-house Marketing and Internal Marketing initiatives for CFH, Mahalo, and partnering companies. Responsibilities include managing review platforms and local search profiles, overseeing digital brand management dashboards and analytics, leading and monitoring lead generation and lead quality, creating and reviewing social media content, monitoring online conversations, coordinating with Reputation Specialists, and driving campaigns and marketing collateral. The role also encompasses internal employee engagement, event coordination support, and in-house lead generation activities. Manage review platform(s), responses, follow-up, employee recognition Oversee Google My Business (GBP) and Local Services (LSA) for CFH, Mahalo, and partnering companies Manage dashboard for Digital Brand Management Platforms/Analytics PPC, PPL, SEO, and keyword reports

Lead Management and Reputation Specialists:
review reporting, trends, current projects, and upcoming projects, making adjustments as needed. Strategize with departments/sales for email and social campaigns, website promos, seasonal, and as needed. Research new marketing opportunities, identify trends, find inspiration, and create. Maintain marketing database Create marketing collateral such as brochures, files, and case Monitor all social media platforms for comments, negative feedback, customer interactions, etc. Google/Search CFH for any content outside our platforms (indeed/LinkedIn, etc.), scrub or manage/neutralize negative content CFH/Partnering companies. Create promotional/marketing materials Evaluate market trends Identify target audiences Set marketing goals Know web tools like
HTML, CSS, JavaScript Manage SEO/SEM Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Digital Media, or a closely related field. An equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience will be considered. Experience coordinating internal programs or events and collaborating across departments (HR, Sales, IT) to achieve marketing objectives. Basic photo/video capture on-site and/or office environments, with ability to contribute to social media content creation and review processes. 2-5 years of marketing or communications experience, with hands-on work in digital/in-house marketing, content creation, and social media management. Experience developing and executing marketing campaigns, creating marketing collateral (brochures, case studies), and coordinating with internal teams or external vendors. Proficiency in analytics and reporting (e.g., Google Analytics, dashboards) and in lead generation/CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), with familiarity in SEO/SEM fundamentals.
