The successful candidate will help drive brand awareness through both B2B and B2C marketing and advertising. This position provides a competitive base salary with handsome commissions. Responsibilities Actively engage in outside sales efforts to identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned territories. Develop and implement strategic business development plans to expand our provider network. Manage existing accounts through effective account management techniques, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. Conduct compelling demos and presentations to prospective partners, highlighting features and benefits tailored to their needs. Utilize CRM software to manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data for informed decision-making. Generate leads through cold calling, networking events, and targeted outreach campaigns to build a robust sales pipeline. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly, resolving issues efficiently. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns that enhance brand visibility and drive sales growth. Participate in sales management meetings to review performance metrics, set targets, and strategize for continuous improvement. Experience Proven success in outside sales B2C, or B2B sales roles with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Strong management skills demonstrated through territory management or team leadership experiences. Business development expertise with the ability to identify opportunities and convert prospects into loyal clients/partners. Experience in account management, nurturing long-term client relationships for sustained revenue growth. Familiarity with CRM software such as Hubspot or similar platforms for lead tracking and data analysis. Technical sales experience preferred, especially involving product demos or technology solutions. Excellent negotiation skills combined with a customer-centric approach that fosters trust and loyalty. Ability to conduct cold calls confidently while maintaining professionalism under pressure. Strong analysis skills to interpret market data, sales reports, and customer feedback for strategic planning.
