Duties Oversee front desk operations, greeting visitors and managing multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy Maintain organized filing systems, including digital records using Google Workspace and Microsoft Office tools Manage calendar scheduling, appointment setting, and personal assistant duties for team members Support marketing efforts by coordinating social media posts, preparing promotional materials, and proofreading content for clarity and impact Provide exceptional customer support through effective phone etiquette and prompt responses to inquiries Assist with office management tasks such as ordering supplies, maintaining equipment, and ensuring a tidy work environment Skills Proven experience in office management, clerical work, or administrative roles with strong organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications Familiarity with QuickBooks for bookkeeping and financial tracking Excellent communication skills in both English and bilingual capabilities (if applicable) Strong computer literacy, including data entry, proofreading, and document formatting skills Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment Previous experience in customer service or customer support roles preferred Knowledge of office equipment operation and basic troubleshooting skills Embark on a rewarding career where your administrative expertise fuels our success!
