Responsibilities Conduct outside sales activities by visiting clients, riding schools, breeders, and equestrian centers to promote our horse inventory and related services. Manage key accounts through personalized customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships. Develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and generate leads within the equine industry. Utilize CRM software to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement. Lead territory management efforts by identifying new markets, cold calling prospective clients, and expanding our reach across designated regions. Demonstrate horses' qualities through product demos, virtual presentations, or in-person visits to showcase their strengths to potential buyers. Negotiate sales terms effectively while upselling complementary products such as riding equipment or training services to maximize revenue. Requirements Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or retail sales, preferably within the equine or related industries. Strong management skills with the ability to oversee territory sales operations and lead generation initiatives. Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for customer relationship management. Excellent communication and negotiation skills to close deals confidently while maintaining customer satisfaction. Knowledge of marketing strategies specific to the equine industry and experience in technical or product demos is a plus. Ability to perform cold calling, inside sales activities, and conduct analysis of market trends for targeted growth. Passion for horses combined with a proactive attitude toward business development and customer service excellence.
