  • Full-time Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and motivated Business Development Center Representative to join our dynamic sales team.
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients and existing customers, driving growth through proactive outreach and exceptional customer service. Your enthusiasm and communication skills will help build strong relationships, generate new business opportunities, and support our overall sales objectives. Duties Engage with prospective clients through outbound calls, cold calling, and follow-up communications to generate new business leads Manage and nurture an active sales pipeline by tracking prospects and maintaining detailed records using CRM software Conduct B2B (business-to-business) sales efforts, presenting solutions tailored to client needs and negotiating deals effectively Support high-end sales initiatives by upselling additional products or services to existing customers Coordinate with the sales management team to develop strategies for increasing dealership or retail sales volume Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries promptly, demonstrating phone etiquette, and ensuring client satisfaction Assist with inventory management and inventory control processes related to customer orders and sales support Skills Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or automobile sales with a focus on high-end or B2B markets Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals confidently and effectively Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to communicate with diverse customer bases Excellent organizational skills for managing multiple accounts, follow-ups, and maintaining accurate records in CRM software Exceptional communication skills, including public speaking and professional phone etiquette Knowledge of automotive inventory management, dealership operations, or automotive service operations is a benefit Ability to perform outbound sales activities such as cold calling and upselling while supporting inbound inquiries Familiarity with marketing strategies that enhance outreach efforts and increase sales pipeline growth Strong organizational skills combined with a proactive approach to building relationships and closing deals Join us as a Business Development Center Representative and become a vital part of our energetic team dedicated to driving growth through innovative sales strategies and outstanding customer engagement!
