Job Description
Job Summary Precision Paralegal Services is seeking an experienced, professional Client Intake & Marketing Coordinator to support client communication, lead management, marketing, and business development. This is a part-time hybrid position for someone who already knows how to conduct intake calls, communicate confidently with potential clients, manage follow-ups, create consistent marketing content, and perform local community outreach. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, self-motivated, comfortable speaking with people, and able to work independently without needing constant direction. Responsibilities Conduct scheduled telephone intake consultations and gather detailed information about each potential client's matter. Respond to website inquiries, calls, emails, text messages, and social media messages. Manage appointment bookings and follow up with potential clients. Send approved quotes, payment links, agreements, and onboarding instructions. Create, coordinate, and distribute flyers, posters, and other marketing materials. Perform local outreach and build relationships with businesses, organizations, and community partners. Track where leads are coming from and prepare weekly marketing and intake reports. Maintain confidentiality and represent Precision Paralegal Services professionally. Complete additional intake, administrative, and marketing assignments provided by management. Qualifications Previous experience in client intake, customer service, sales, marketing, business development, or a similar role. Strong telephone and written communication skills. Experience managing social media platforms and creating business content. Comfortable conducting outbound follow-up calls and communicating with potential clients. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work independently and complete assigned duties consistently. Reliable transportation for occasional local outreach and flyer distribution. Experience in a legal or professional services environment is preferred. Bilingual English/Spanish is a PLUS but is
