Ludwig Lane Studios is a family-run music studio offering lessons, classes, camps, and programs for children (including students with special needs). We're looking for a creative, outgoing person who is passionate about working with and for kids, enjoys making real connections in the community, and is skilled at spreading the word both in person and online. This role blends community outreach, social media content creation, light design, photography/video, flyer distribution, and relationship building. You'll help grow awareness of our classes, books, educational products, camps, and community programs while helping generate leads and sponsorship opportunities. What you'll do Photograph and capture video of classes, performances, and events Create, schedule, and manage engaging content for Instagram and Facebook (including short-form video) Design flyers, graphics, and promotional materials (Canva or similar tools work well) Distribute flyers and promote the studio around the local area Build relationships with schools, homeschool groups, businesses, nonprofits, churches, and community organizations Meet with potential partners, sponsors, and collaborators Support community events, outreach opportunities, and vendor booths Help with marketing campaigns and keep digital assets organized Maintain a consistent, professional brand presence Required qualifications At least 18 years old Must successfully pass a background check before employment Reliable transportation Experience managing social media accounts Portfolio demonstrating photography, graphic design, videography, social media content, or other creative marketing work Links to social media accounts you have managed (personally or professionally) Strong written and verbal communication skills Organized, dependable, and self-motivated Comfortable networking and introducing yourself to new people Able to represent the studio professionally in person and online Preferred qualifications Experience with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite Photography and/or videography experience Background in marketing, communications, public relations, business, education, or journalism Experience organizing community events Experience creating short-form video content Familiarity with Meta Business Suite Compensation Approximately 5 hours per week to start at $18-$22 per hour, depending on experience. Performance bonuses may be available for results such as: New student enrollments generated through your efforts Successfully booking community events or vendor opportunities Establishing new partnerships Securing sponsorships or meaningful opportunities for the studio Strong growth in engagement or reach As the studio grows, additional hours and opportunities may become available.
