We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Conference Producer to support the development and delivery of industry-leading conferences and events. This role is ideal for an early-career professional interested in content creation, market research, and event production within sectors such as infrastructure, utilities, and energy. You will work closely with senior producers to research topics, identify speakers, and help build high-quality conference agendas that attract senior-level attendees. Content Development Conduct market research to identify key industry trends, challenges, and opportunities Assist in building conference agendas aligned with target audience needs Support the development of timely, relevant, and compelling event themes Speaker Research & Outreach Identify and research potential speakers (e.g., industry leaders, executives, public sector officials) Assist with speaker outreach via email, phone, and LinkedIn Coordinate speaker confirmations and maintain relationship records Event Planning Support Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sponsorship, operations) to support event delivery Help maintain event timelines, ensuring deadlines are met Assist with speaker briefings and content coordination Audience & Market Insight Build and maintain target attendee lists Monitor competitor events and market activity Contribute ideas to improve event positioning and attendee value Administrative Support Maintain accurate CRM records for speakers and stakeholders Track outreach progress and speaker confirmations Support general project coordination tasks across multiple events Requirements Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in marketing, business, communications, or related field 1-2 years of experience in events, research, media, or a related role Strong research and analytical skills Excellent written and verbal communication High level of organization and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn Preferred (Nice-to-Have) Exposure to conference production, media, or B2B events Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) Interest in infrastructure, utilities, energy, or technology sectors What Success Looks Like Contributing to the creation of high-quality, commercially successful event agendas Securing relevant, credible, and engaging speakers Supporting efficient and well-organized event execution Continuously building industry knowledge and professional networks

From $55,000.00 per year
