Based in Culver City, we are seeking a Coordinator, to support the US Distribution Marketing team. Our team supports the Sony Pictures portfolio of content across second run platforms, including SVOD, AVOD, FAST, Digital, and Cable, as well as first-run international titles. Reporting to the Vice President, Marketing, US Distribution, this position plays a critical role in keeping the team operating efficiently by owning administrative processes, managing a high volume of client-facing asset approvals, and supporting day-to-day marketing execution. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn and grow within a fast-paced entertainment marketing environment. Responsibilities Manage a high volume of client asset approvals, ensuring timely routing, tracking, and delivery of marketing materials. Work closely with internal creative teams and external partners to collect, distribute, and approve assets. Field day-to-day asset and material requests from internal stakeholders and external clients. Ensure accuracy, quality control, and timely turnaround across all deliverables. Own and manage key administrative workflows for the team, including processing invoices, purchase orders, and submitting executive T&E reports. Track budgets and maintain organized records of marketing expenses and vendor payments. Coordinate team logistics including meeting scheduling, agendas, and event support. Support the Distribution Marketing team across all show campaigns and projects. Own individual projects as assigned by senior team members. Assist in the development and execution of marketing materials, including Sales collateral (one sheets, decks, e-blasts, sizzles) Promo tracking and coordination Competitive and marketplace tracking Coordinate cross-functional communication with teams including Creative, Publicity, Legal, Sales, Research, and International Assist with client mailings and gift sourcing. Support B2B efforts for key industry events (e.g., NATPE, L.A. Screenings) Support relationship management with clients (SVOD/AVOD platforms, cable networks) Coordinate with external vendors, including creative and promotional agencies, as needed. Qualifications 1-2 years experience in the Entertainment Industry preferred BA in Marketing or related field preferred Strong interest in television, entertainment, and media Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and ability to work across all levels Ability to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment Proactive, dependable, and solutions-oriented mindset Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word) a must; familiarity with Photoshop a plus Comfortable taking ownership of administrative and operational responsibilities Thrives in a support role while proactively seeking opportunities to contribute more broadly Positive, can-do attitude with a strong team-first mentality The anticipated base salary for this position is $50,000 to $60,000. This role may also qualify for incentives and/or comprehensive benefits. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location of the position.
