Your Day-to-Day At Gloloft, no two days look the same — and that's exactly how we like it. We're looking for a creative, trend-obsessed Social Media & Influencer Marketing Coordinator who lives for content, loves beauty, and knows how to turn everyday moments into scroll-stopping brand experiences. From capturing glowing client transformations and behind-the-scenes studio moments to coordinating influencer partnerships and building buzz around launches, you'll help bring the Gloloft brand to life across social media. You'll create and edit short-form video content, stay ahead of beauty trends and viral sounds, engage with our online community, and help grow our presence through creator collaborations, local partnerships, and authentic storytelling that makes people want to book, shop, and glow with us. Social Media Content Create and post content across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and Linkedin Film and edit short form video content Capture in studio content during appointments, events, launches and team moments Plan content calendars and organize posting schedules Write engaging captions aligned with Gloloft's brand voice Stay ahead of trends, sounds and viral beauty content Assist with product launch content for e-commerce and retail products Repurpose content across multiple platforms for maximum reach Influencer and Ambassador Management Source local influencers and creators aligned with Gloloft's brand Coordinate influencer appointments and collaborations Track posting requirements, deadlines, referral codes, and performance metrics Build relationships with creators and brand ambassadors Ensure influencers are posting quality content on time and following campaign guidelines Help grow awareness through local partnerships, UGC, and creator campaigns Community & Brand Growth Respond to DMs, comments, and social engagement Monitor trends within the beauty industry Assist with building Gloloft's e-commerce social presence and product storytelling Qualifications Experience with Canva, CapCut, TikTok editing or Adobe tools preferred

Salary:

$16 - $18 per hour Flexible work from home options available.
