Job Description
Tend. Harvest. Cultivate. (THC) is a multi-state cannabis portfolio company operating in Michigan and Nevada. We build and grow consumer cannabis brands across regulated markets, with a portfolio that includes 2 ODD, Newfrend, and SÖZE
- each with distinct positioning, different consumers, and real shelf presence.
- Retail Program Deployment
- Execute trade programs and activation mechanics designed by the Senior Brand Manager across your account base
- Own and manage the field calendar, ensuring priority accounts and programs are executed on schedule
- Coordinate with sales reps to develop weekly account goals and objectives, informed by distribution reports, prior account activity, and current trade deals
- Develop and manage budtender incentive programs
- Assist with the creation and inventorying of brand merchandise for use in field
- Budtender Education
- Develop and manage the budtender education program from strategy through execution, ensuring teams have the knowledge and tools to confidently represent our brands
- Run education sessions in person, and collaborate with the sales team on rollout
- Track program performance and adjust execution based on what is driving rate of sale at retail
- Events & Sponsorships
- Identify and activate Michigan events that build trade relationships and consumer brand awareness across the portfolio
- Manage all staffing for brand-related events, including Brand Ambassador deployment
- Evaluate sponsorship and event opportunities based on brand fit, strategic value, and expected return before committing investment
- Manage field execution logistics, including vendor coordination, compliance requirements, and budget tracking against plan
- Account Relationships
- Be the primary point of contact for dispensary staff and store-level decision makers across assigned Michigan accounts
- Stay close to your accounts and proactively identify issues like menu placement, reorder gaps, or staff turnover before they impact performance
- Prioritize account support based on margin, rate of sale, and overall business opportunity
- Competitive Intelligence
- Log competitive pricing, packaging, and shelf presence shifts observed in the field
- Feed field-level intel to the Senior Brand Manager for quarterly positioning reads
- Reporting
- Deliver regular field reports covering program status, account health, and competitive signal
- Use account performance data, including rate of sale, reorder cadence, and contribution margin, to evaluate what's working and where support is needed Salary $60000
