GTCR. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

The Junior Omnichannel Trader is responsible for the technical execution and foundational management of digital advertising campaigns across Meta and the Amazon DSP. This role focuses on detail oriented campaign builds, meticulous ticket queue management, and supporting the broader Ad Operations team in delivering exceptional results for advertisers.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Campaign Execution & Management:

Dedicated Build Process:

Execute the end to end setup of advertising campaigns following established internal protocols to ensure accuracy and consistency.

Ticket Queue Management:

Monitor and manage a high volume ticket queue, ensuring all build requests and optimizations are completed within designated SLAs.

Platform Implementation:

Perform hands on keyboard execution within Amazon DSP and Paid Social platforms (e.g., Meta, LinkedIn), including audience building and developing ad copy.

Quality Assurance:

Conduct thorough QA reviews on all campaign builds to ensure accuracy before launch.

Operational Support & Efficiency:

Reporting Delivery:

Ensure the timely delivery of recurring reports and fulfill one off data requests for the Client Success (CS) team.

Insight Accuracy:

Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure all reporting and campaign data is accurate and reflects defined client goals.

Inter-Departmental Collaboration:

Work effectively with Campaign Build Specialists, Sales, and CS team members to resolve client needs with minimal oversight.

Resource Utilization:

Utilize all available internal resources and toolsets to independently resolve technical hurdles.

YOU'LL HAVE THE FOLLOWING TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE

Bachelor's Degree Familiarity with the digital advertising space and web tools. Strong troubleshooting skills and meticulous attention to detail. Strong communication skills. Ability to multitask and hit delivery goals in a fast paced environment. Comfortable working in an entrepreneurial environment.
