Job Description

We are looking for a Marketing & Development Coordinator to join our team. Billy T Cattan Recovery Outreach is growing! Soon we will open our inpatient substance use recovery facility, Hope Ranch , where we will begin providing life-saving treatment for individuals battling substance use disorders. We are looking for a strategic Marketing & Development Coordinator to help bridge the gap between those in need and the care we provide. This role is about building trust within the community, educating referral sources, assuring funding sources and ensuring that when someone is in need, Hope Rach is their first call. This role will be responsible for: Strategic Outreach & Relationship Management Identify and cultivate partnerships with key referral sources, including hospitals, private therapists, first responders, court and legal systems, HR departments at high volume employers, alternate treatment programs and religious organizations. Conduct face-to-face presentations to educate partners on our services. Represent the organization at health fairs, conferences and other public facing events. Fundraising & Development Identify, research, and nurture relationships with individual donors, local businesses, and foundations. Identify relevant federal, state, and private grant opportunities; manage the application and reporting process. Lead annual donations campaigns. Concept, plan, and implement fundraising events. Advocacy & Promotion Develop and order promotional materials (brochures, signage, branded items) that align with our clinical reputation. Monitor market trends and competitor offerings to ensure our facility remains a leader in the recovery space. Write and distribute monthly/quarterly newsletters for sponsors and professional partners and thank you letters for recent donors. What We're Looking For 2-5 years in healthcare marketing, non-profit administration, or behavioral health outreach
Preferred:
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Non-Profit Management, or Business Administration. Experience in place of education is also acceptable. Exceptional public speaking skills and the ability to discuss sensitive topics with tact and professionalism. Requires high autonomy and the ability to work well with others. This is a hybrid role with approx. 2 days in office and 3 days in local communities.

From $47,000.00 per year
