- $45k per year depending on experience We are a fast-paced, collaborative marketing and sales agency seeking a creative and highly organized Marketing and Social Media Coordinator.
In this role, you will be the driving force behind our organic social media presence and content marketing execution, while serving as the essential organizational right-hand to our Account Managers. This role is a hybrid of creative storytelling and project coordination. You will spend your days brainstorming and creating content, writing copy, and editing videos, while simultaneously keeping client projects organized, trackable, and on schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation & Copywriting
- Draft high-converting, platform-specific copy for social media posts, email newsletters, and website updates. Social Media Management
- Plan, schedule, and publish content across all major client channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok, and YouTube). Multimedia Production
- Produce engaging short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) from concept to final edit. Content Calendar Ownership
- Build, maintain, and execute comprehensive monthly content calendars, ensuring client review deadlines are met flawlessly. Account Manager Support
- Act as the operational backbone for the Account Manager, helping to organize client assets, track project timelines, and ensure all deliverables are moving smoothly through the pipeline. Brand Management & Adaptability
- Ensure consistent brand identity and adjust strategies as needed.
Qualifications:
Education
- A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or a related field is required. Marketing Knowledge
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and techniques. Knowledge of digital marketing channels (social media, email marketing, SEO, PPC) is highly beneficial. Experience
- 1-3 years of professional experience managing social media accounts, creating content, or working in a marketing coordination role (agency experience is a major plus). Content Mastery
- A strong portfolio of creating content, social media, and short-form video edits that prove you understand digital storytelling. Platform Expertise
- Deep understanding of current algorithms, trends, and features across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Facebook. Communication Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for creating compelling marketing materials, collaborating with team members, and presenting ideas to stakeholders. Project Management
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Familiar and proficient in G-suite. Teamwork and Collaboration
- Experience working effectively in cross-functional teams, coordinating with designers, copywriters, and other professionals to execute marketing campaigns. Attention to Detail
- Accuracy in managing budgets, schedules, and marketing materials, with a keen eye for detail to ensure brand consistency and quality. Adaptability
- Ability to adapt to changes in the marketing landscape and adjust strategies accordingly to optimize campaign performance. Problem-Solving Skills
