Director, Integrated & Growth Marketing Job Summary The Campaign Coordinator will support the execution and coordination of integrated marketing campaigns across the Selerix portfolio. The individual in this role will play a critical part in bringing campaigns to life—working across teams to execute multi-channel programs that drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline growth. The Campaign Coordinator will partner closely with Product Marketing, Events, Partner Marketing, and RevOps to ensure campaigns are launched effectively, run smoothly, and deliver measurable results. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and proactive—someone who enjoys multi-tasking, managing timelines, and ensuring all the moving pieces come together seamlessly. This is a great opportunity for a marketer who wants to grow their experience in campaign execution while gaining exposure to full-funnel marketing strategy. Role Purpose The Campaign Coordinator is the connective tissue of our marketing engine — the person who ensures great ideas don't just get planned but actually come to life. We're looking for an organized, curious, and proactive early-career marketer who thrives on bringing order to complexity and takes genuine pride in seeing campaigns execute flawlessly across every channel. In this role, you'll work across the full breadth of the Selerix marketing organization—partnering with Product, Events, Growth, and RevOps—to keep campaigns on track, assets on brand, and results measurable. Your attention to detail and collaborative spirit will directly fuel pipeline growth and help establish Selerix as a recognized leader in the market. Responsibilities Campaign Execution & Coordination Execute integrated marketing campaigns across email, digital, social, events, and partner channels Support the planning and organization of the campaign calendar, aligned to key solutions, audiences, and business priorities Manage campaign timelines and ensure all deliverables are completed accurately and on schedule Content & Asset Development Create and deploy campaign assets, including emails, social posts, and blog content Publish and maintain content across marketing channels, including website updates (e.g., WordPress) Partner with design resources to bring campaign ideas to life in a way that aligns with brand standards Campaign Support & Optimization Assist in building and managing campaigns within marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot), including emails, socials, and workflows Support testing and optimization efforts to improve campaign performance over time Help track campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with teams across marketing—including product, events, partner, and growth—to support cohesive campaign execution Help ensure consistent messaging and alignment across all marketing initiatives Campaign Promotion & Support Assist in promoting campaigns through external channels, including working with vendors and partners Support marketing initiatives that drive awareness, engagement, and lead generation Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, management or other related field or equivalent experience 0-3 years of experience in marketing, internships, or related experience Familiarity with marketing tools such as HubSpot Basic experience with website content management systems (e.g., WordPress). Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to inform messaging and campaign improvements. Inquisitive, seeks to understand. Highly collaborative; works cross-functionally, brings initiatives together, and actively removes silos. Must be eligible for US employment.
