Job Description
Marketing Coordinator Green Evans-Schroeder, PLLC Hybrid — must be based in Phoenix or Tucson, AZ Full-Time | $25-$30/hour, DOE About GES Green Evans-Schroeder is Arizona's largest and fastest-growing immigration law firm, with a robust criminal defense practice serving clients across the state from our Tucson and Tempe offices. We fight to keep families together and protect second chances. Our work is driven by three core values — Teamwork, Respect, and Courage — and a deep commitment to the immigrant community and the people we represent. We're hiring a Marketing Coordinator who can take our marketing strategy and execute it with discipline, consistency, and craft. About the Role This is an execution-focused role. The strategy and direction are set; this position brings them to life through high-quality content, disciplined channel management, and clean systems behind both. The Marketing Coordinator works directly with firm leadership and operations to build a body of public-facing work that helps prospective clients — and the people who refer them — understand who GES is and what makes us different before they ever pick up the phone for a consultation. In practice, that means translating the firm's case work, attorney expertise, and community presence into web pages, blog posts, social content, email, video, and print materials that feel trustworthy, clear, and human. A meaningful portion of our audience is Spanish-speaking, and a meaningful portion of our content needs to reach them in their own language. Bilingual fluency is essential. Core Responsibilities Referral Partner and Community Support (initial primary focus) Build and maintain the firm's referral partner program — including community organizations, immigration referral sources, allied attorneys, and other professional partners. Maintain the cadence of touchpoints with active and strategic partners, including monthly check-ins with active partners and reactivation outreach for dormant ones. Build and ship referral kits and partner-facing materials that make it easy for partners to send the right clients our way. Support community engagement and event activation: pre-event materials, sign-in flows, follow-up sequences, and post-event recap content. Our events are relationship-led, and the value sits in the follow-through. Track referral source data and surface insights to leadership about which partners and channels are producing the highest-fit clients. Content Production Write and publish resource content, practice area pages, and client-facing guides that explain immigration and criminal defense topics in clear, accessible language — both for prospective clients researching their situation and for referral partners who want to send the right work our way. Produce social content in a voice that sounds like a confident, experienced firm — informed, calm, and human — not like a marketer chasing trends. The tone reflects the firm's expertise without being clinical or cold. Develop a monthly client-facing email built around one topic, one practical insight, and one clear next step. Quality is prioritized over volume; skipping a month is preferable to sending filler. Coordinate Spanish-language versions of priority content — written either in-house or via trusted translation — and ensure they read naturally to native Spanish speakers, not as machine translations. Produce short-form video content for social and the website, including attorney introductions, practice area overviews, and "what to expect" walkthroughs for clients. Channel and Asset Management Maintain the firm's content library, editorial calendar, and asset folders so that the internal team and referral partners can find the right material quickly. Keep website service pages, attorney bios, and resource pages current as the firm grows and practice areas evolve (Removal Defense, Affirmative Immigration, Criminal Defense, etc.). Build and edit marketing materials in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite — one-pagers, intake handouts, community resource sheets, attorney bios, and event collateral. Manage the firm's presence on Google Business, legal directories (Avvo, Martindale, Super Lawyers, etc.), and review platforms; coordinate review responses with leadership. Systems and Measurement Maintain accurate marketing data in Lawmatics — including lead source, intake stage, conversion, and channel attribution. Maintain marketing KPI dashboards on an ongoing basis and surface trends in monthly reports to operations and leadership. AI tools are used fluently for research, drafting, and production. We expect AI to function as a force multiplier, not a shortcut to mediocre output. Final voice and quality control rest with this role. What We're Looking For 2-5 years of experience in content marketing, communications, or coordinator-level marketing roles — ideally in professional services, legal, nonprofit/advocacy, or community-facing organizations. Bilingual English/Spanish — required. You'll be producing, reviewing, and managing content in both languages and serving an audience that is meaningfully Spanish-speaking. A portfolio or writing samples we can read carefully. Strong writing is non-negotiable for this role. Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals sufficient to brief content and coordinate with outside vendors. Comfort working in WordPress (or a similar CMS), an email platform (Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, or similar), and design/video tools including Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or Descript. A disciplined project management practice. Deadlines met, stakeholders informed, repeatable systems built. We are a busy firm and we don't have time to chase work. Daily use of AI tools and a clear point of view on where they help content quality and where they erode it. Genuine alignment with GES's mission. This role represents the firm publicly, and we need someone who believes in the work. Nice to Have Familiarity with the legal industry or with legal practice management software (Clio, Lawmatics, or similar). Experience marketing to immigrant communities or producing Spanish-language content for U.S. Latino audiences. Video editing experience for short-form social and YouTube. Experience with print production for community-facing or event materials. What This Role Will Not Be We are not looking for someone chasing trends, posting for engagement's sake, or generating lead volume without regard to fit. GES's clients are navigating some of the most consequential moments of their lives, and our marketing reflects that — clear, trustworthy, calm, and human. Candidates who would rather build something credible than something loud will find this role a strong fit.
