Marketing Coordinator Nutrishare - 3.0 Phoenix, AZ Job Details Part-time $20.67 - $22.11 an hour 1 day ago Benefits Flexible schedule Qualifications Administrative experience High school diploma or GED Calendar management Time management Office experience Full Job Description Nutrishare is looking for an organized and detail‑oriented Marketing Coordinator to support the day‑to‑day execution of marketing projects. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their marketing career who enjoys keeping projects on track, juggling multiple tasks, and bringing structure to busy workflows. You'll work closely with the Director of Marketing, internal teams, and outside partners to help ensure marketing initiatives are completed accurately, on time, and with high quality.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
 include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Help manage the marketing calendar, deadlines, and project timelines Track tasks and follow up to keep projects moving forward Route materials for review, organize feedback, and track approvals Proofread and quality‑check emails, website content, social posts, etc. Assist with coordinating agencies, vendors, and internal teams Organize marketing assets, files, and shared folders Help coordinate website updates, email testing, and basic troubleshooting Support Sales by organizing and distributing marketing collateral and materials Assist with planning and coordinating tradeshows and events (logistics, materials, shipping) Support campaigns, photoshoots, webinars, and other marketing activities Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma or equivalent and; Minimum one year of professional work experience in an office or business setting, supporting administrative, marketing, coordination or execution tasks (internships and part-time roles included). Required Skills Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills Detail-oriented with an interest in quality and accuracy Effective time management Clear written and verbal communication skills Comfortable following processes and checklists Willingness to learn, ask questions, and take initiative
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
WORK ENVIRONMENT

This role will be based out of our Arizona office but have a hybrid schedule, requiring the Marketing coordinator to work from the office one day a week or as needed. The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet.
