POSITION STRUCTURE

This position supports both the operational and creative functions of the Marketing Department through a combination of recurring responsibilities and project-based initiatives. Core Responsibilities Maintain the social media content calendar. Coordinate website updates and new employee biographies. Organize marketing projects and campaign timelines. Maintain referral and community outreach databases. Coordinate marketing materials and digital assets. Support community events and organizational initiatives. Project-Based Support As organizational priorities evolve, this position will assist with: New location launches Program-specific marketing campaigns Community outreach initiatives Website improvements Internal communication projects Brand awareness campaigns Special marketing initiatives as assigned

SCHEDULE

Flexible 40-hour per week position. M-F. Hybrid model (2-3 days in person, 2-3 days virtually)

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience). One to three years of experience in marketing, communications, project coordination, or a related role. Experience with Adobe, Canva, and social media management preferred. Experience with website content management systems required; Webflow experience preferred. Photography, videography, or video editing experience preferred but not required.
