,About the Role FirstTeam® Real Estate is seeking an energetic, detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you'll be the essential link between our marketing department and our real estate agents, creating impactful marketing solutions that drive agent success across multiple markets. As our Marketing Coordinator, you'll be the driving force behind our agents' day-to-day marketing success, ensuring every touchpoint reflects our brand's excellence. Through responsive support, creative solutions, and flawless execution, you'll empower our agents to focus on what they do best—building relationships, serving clients, and selling homes. Key Responsibilities
- Provide timely, high-quality marketing support to agents through our Zendesk ticketing system
- Create professional marketing assets including print materials, digital content, and social media graphics
- Generate detailed marketing reports to inform strategic decisions
- Manage email communications to keep agents informed of company updates and resources
- Collaborate with Marketing Advisors and Marketing Manager on new campaigns and initiatives
- Build strong relationships with top-performing agents and provide ongoing marketing expertise
- Stay current on real estate and marketing industry trends and bring innovative ideas to the team
- Guide agents in executing multimedia campaigns across print, digital, and social platforms
- Ensure consistent brand standards across all marketing materials
- Help agents maximize FirstTeam® Real Estate's full suite of marketing resources
Qualifications Required :
- Experience in real estate marketing and advertising
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Google Cloud Suite, design software (Canva or similar), CRM systems (Zendesk), and social media marketing
- Copywriting skills and ability to leverage AI tools for efficiency
- Professional demeanor and commitment to confidentiality
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Preferred :
- Marketing degree or equivalent relevant experience
- Experience with Idaho, Washington, or Arizona real estate markets What We Offer
