Hybrid - Minimum 3 days in office Job Summary We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to provide administrative, marketing, marketing communications, and public relations support to a busy team. This position will coordinate marketing projects, digital campaigns, content, social media, email communications, events, budgets, and vendors. Responsibilities Provide administrative and marketing project coordination support Coordinate schedules, meetings, agendas, notes, and follow-up items Assist with budget tracking, invoicing, and expense coding Compile marketing metrics, track deliverables, and assist with reports and presentations Track projects, deadlines, and internal review and approval processes Assist with digital marketing campaigns, content creation, social media, email marketing, newsletters, events, media requests, and public relations initiatives Coordinate with marketing agencies, vendors, and internal departments Maintain contact and communications databases Assist with website content updates, newsletters, and social media Coordinate photo and video shoots and assist with media tours Manage promotional materials, inventory, and welcome gifts Assist with additional marketing, communications, and administrative projects as needed Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field At least 1 year of relevant marketing, communications, public relations, or administrative experience Experience with digital marketing, social media, content creation, email marketing, or event coordination preferred Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or project management software preferred Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel Strong organizational and project coordination skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively with internal teams and outside partnersPay:
$26.00 - $28.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per weekBenefits:
