Job DescriptionThis role will provide administrative support to three members of the Universal Television Entertainment (UTE) Marketing team: (1) SVP, Consumer Engagement NBC Sports; (2) SVP, Sports & Entertainment Creative; and (3) SVP, Marketing Strategy, UTE. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and impeccable attention for detail. The candidate should also have experience working in an office environment, performing administrative tasks, and providing support to coworkers. An ability to multitask, manage complex schedules, and meet changing deadlines is essential to the position.
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to SVPs in the form of:

Scheduling and coordinating internal and external meetingsBooking travel arrangementsManaging expensesUpdating and maintaining contact sheetsTracking department time-off (sick, personal, vacation)Assist with event planning, team meetings, offsites, and executive presentations
QualificationsBasic Requirements:
Previous success in a similar role with 2+ years of work experience.

Demonstrated mastery of Microsoft OutlookMust be willing to work in
Stamford, CTDesired Characteristics:
Strong interest and knowledge in the media and entertainment industry.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Extremely detail-oriented.

Proactive in approach and task completion.

Diplomatic and capable of handling confidential information.

Strong time-management skills and ability to multitask.

Flexibility and aptitude to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Self-starter with good judgment and ability to work independently.

Personable and effective in working well with others and collaborating across the organization.
Additional Requirements:
Hybrid:
This position currently has a hybrid schedule, which requires contributing from the office a minimum of four days per week. The Company reserves the right to change in-office requirements at any time.

Salary range:
