This role will help maintain and expand referral relationships with schools, healthcare providers, and community partners while supporting ongoing marketing initiatives. This position works closely with the Founder and leadership team to implement outreach systems, track referral sources, and ensure consistent communication with community partners. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple outreach projects while maintaining a professional and warm communication style. Key Responsibilities Community & Referral Outreach Support Maintain and update the referral outreach tracker Assist with outreach to schools, pediatricians, and community partners Engage in introductory calls with referral partners Track referral sources and community partnerships Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and outcomes Relationship Management Help nurture relationships with existing referral partners Assist in coordinating periodic check-ins with schools and healthcare providers Send follow-up communications and thank-you messages after referrals or meetings Help organize occasional community outreach efforts Digital Marketing Support Assist with updating website content when needed Help track marketing performance metrics Support blog publishing and content organization Coordinate updates for Psychology Today and other directories Assist with occasional marketing campaigns or announcements Administrative Support for Marketing Initiatives Maintain marketing documents and outreach templates Help prepare referral materials and community resources Track referral trends and report insights to leadership Assist with organizing outreach lists for schools, physicians, and community partners Qualifications Preferred experience: Background in marketing, communications, healthcare administration, or nonprofit outreach Strong organizational and project management skills Excellent written communication skills Comfortable working with spreadsheets and tracking systems Professional and warm communication style Helpful but not required: Experience in mental health or healthcare settings Familiarity with CRM systems or marketing tracking tools Experience with community outreach or partnership coordination Personal Qualities We Value Organized and detail-oriented Relationship-focused Self-motivated and proactive Comfortable working independently Strong follow-through and accountability Work Environment Fash Counseling is a collaborative and mission-driven counseling practice dedicated to supporting individuals, couples, teens, and families.
