Digital Marketing Manager Job Overview:
As a Marketing Coordinator at Maronda Homes, you will support the planning, execution, and optimization of integrated marketing initiatives across digital and traditional channels. This role is responsible for coordinating campaigns, creating and distributing content through multiple digital platforms, supporting brand consistency, and analyzing performance to drive engagement and lead generation. You'll work cross-functionally with the team to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with business goals, helping to elevate Maronda Homes' brand presence while delivering a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints.Duties & Responsibilities:
Content Creation & Brand Support:
- Develop and curate engaging, on-brand content for social media, website, email, and marketing materials.
- Design and produce visual assets for digital and print use, including social graphics, ads, brochures, and signage.
- Coordinate content calendars, assets, and deliverables to ensure campaigns launch on schedule.
- Complete website updates, blog publishing, and landing page creation.
Social Media & Engagement :
- Manage day-to-day social media activities, including scheduling, posting, and monitoring engagement.
- Track trends and contribute ideas to enhance content performance and audience growth.
- Encourage and leverage user-generated content (UGC) where appropriate.
Email Marketing:
- Assist in the development, design, and execution of email marketing campaigns, including promotional emails, newsletters, and automated journeys.
- Build and schedule emails within marketing platforms, ensuring accuracy in content, links, and segmentation.
- Collaborate on email copywriting and visual design to create engaging, conversion-focused campaigns.
- Manage audience lists and segmentation to ensure targeted and relevant messaging.
- Monitor email performance metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversions, and provide recommendations for optimization.
Analytics & Reporting:
- Monitor and analyze KPIs to evaluate both content performance and design effectiveness across all channels.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve engagement, reach, and overall creative strategy.
- Conduct A/B testing to improve performance when necessary.
Collaboration & Content Alignment:
- Collaborate with the Maronda marketing team to align content with overall brand messaging and marketing campaigns.
- Help upload and organize content into Maronda's Shared Google Drive and Management Systems.
- Support promotional initiatives, community launches, and seasonal campaigns.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from a 4-year college or university in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Experience supporting multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Strong portfolio showcasing digital design, social media content, and branding work.
- Familiarity in graphic design tools, email marketing platforms, and social media management tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and/or Canva, Mailchimp, HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Buffer, Brandwatch, Hootsuite).
- Solid understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Working knowledge of SEO and how multi-channel marketing impacts performance.
- Highly creative with strong attention to detail and visual storytelling.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work both independently and collaboratively.
