What you'll do Manage and grow social presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok for multiple loan officers, each with their own voice and audience Produce content that actually gets watched: reels, stories, short-form video, graphics, and written posts Help LOs shape their personal brands, from positioning down to a posting cadence they'll actually stick to Coordinate client touchpoints: thoughtful gifts, milestone outreach, birthday and life-event follow-ups Market client and referral partner events Track what's working across accounts and double down on it What we're looking for Real social media and content creation experience. Show us what you've made. A creative eye paired with strong organizational habits (this role juggles a lot of accounts at once) Sharp communication; you can pick up someone else's voice and write or post in it Comfort in a fast-paced environment and a team-first mindset
