Job Title Marketing Events Coordinator Job Overview:
The Marketing Events Coordinator for the US Respiratory Acute Care and Clinical Affairs Marketing Team is an adaptable individual with exceptional project management skills and cares to make a positive impact in the medical device industry. You will work cross-functionally across the business being involved with organizing marketing trade shows, activities, and initiatives while providing support services to the Marketing, Clinical Affairs and Sales teams. This role will be based in our Irvine, CA office and will report to the Clinical Events Manager. Responsibilities Collaborate with the Marketing and Clinical Affairs teams to develop and own processes that seamlessly the logistics and planning of national and local trade shows, chapter events, and internal sales trainings
Develop and manage, in detail, the annual event schedule. This includes event requirements, bookings, logistics, and communications to marketing, sales and management teams.
Maintain product stock and manage shipment process of marketing collateral to US Sales Teams at local off-site Marketing Warehouse; including preparation of large tradeshow shipments and ad-hoc requests
Effectively maintain relationships and communications with internal stakeholders and external vendors to streamline and support event activities
Collaborate closely with US and New Zealand marketing, clinical and design teams to develop and distribute promotional materials for US Sales Team educational events and webinars Provide day-of support at select national trade shows and sales meetings
Provide daily administrative support to Marketing, Clinical Affairs and Sales teams
15% travel expectations occasionally on weekends to support trade show and sales meetings
Please note other duties assigned Education and Experience Requirements Bachelor's degree in related field
Experience in tradeshow or event planning
Proficient in MS Apps (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Experience with organizational or project management tools
Experience with Adobe Suite is a plus
Proven ability to manage concurrent projects and timelines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills including copywriting experience
Open to working in warehouse setting on a weekly basis
Must be comfortable lifting up to 50lbs Salary Range The anticipated salary range for candidates working in Irvine, CA, is $58,000•70,000.
