What You'll Do:
Project Coordination:
Support creative project timelines, schedules, and deliverables to ensure on-time, on-budget execution.Print Production:
Oversee print production needs, reviewing proofs, managing specifications, and ensuring high-quality output.Vendor Management:
Partner with print and production vendors, securing estimates, negotiating costs, and tracking deliverables.Budget & Invoicing:
Handle project budgets, manage invoices, and track expenses for accuracy.Client-Facing Support:
Serve as a point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and seamless project execution.Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with creative, marketing, and account teams to align on project needs and deliverables.What We're Looking For:
2+ years of experience in creative project coordination, marketing production, or similar role Strong knowledge of print production processes Experience managing vendors, budgets, and invoices Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects Strong communication and client-facing skills Proficiency with project management tools is a plus (e.g., Asana, Workfront, Trello) This is a W2 contract position paying $25/hr!
