Part-Time Contract SAXX Underwear Co. is looking for a Marketing Project Coordinator (contract) to join the team based at our Portland office location. This is your opportunity to be part of a globally growing brand in a dynamic work environment working within a highly collaborative team.
THE MARKETING PROJECT COORDINATOR WILL
…. Report to the Manager, Product and Content Marketing and be responsible for facilitating the execution of seasonal packaging, marketing campaigns, and Brand projects. This role is focused on Brand operations, project coordination, and cross-functional communication to ensure the success of the Brand team. This is a part-time contract position with a set schedule of 20 hours per week, running through December 31, 2027.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE
Department Process Coordination Deliver frequent check ins to ensure projects are on time, and look for potential roadblocks, flag them to the team and lead to their resolution Effectively communicate and collaborate with a variety of personalities, learning styles and job types Support VP, Brand Marketing and Manager, Product and Content Marketing with project coordination and the implementation of post-mortem processes Maintain and coordinate centralized Brand product data Execute product seeding initiatives Packaging Support the Manager, Product and Content Marketing in project managing the seasonal packaging calendar to ensure checkpoints, milestones and deliverables are met on time, incl. Building out seasonal packaging project plans and workback schedules Maintaining up-to-date packaging process trackers and documents Scheduling check-ins and milestone meetings with internal and external stakeholders Ensure efficient communication between cross-functional stakeholders, compiling feedback to ensure updates are reflected as requested Creative Services Coordination Facilitate the process of getting assets translated and maintaining centralized translation database Write creative asset briefs for internal stakeholders across the business and support them through the process of asset creation and creative reviews
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree or diploma in Project Management, Marketing or related field; or equivalent experience 1+ years progressive marketing, product packaging or project management experience, preferably in brand operations for an apparel company Ability to manage, create & execute projects timelines and workback schedules, and excellent time management skills Ability to work on multiple different, cross-functional projects at the same time Highly organized and results-oriented with keen attention to detail Proficiency in MS Office (i.e. Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) Solid understanding of project management software including Asana, or similar platforms Excellent communication skills Don't meet every single requirement?
