In this role, you will be the driving force behind building strong relationships with potential clients and expanding our market presence. Your enthusiasm and proactive approach will help us connect with new business opportunities, promote our innovative solutions, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. Responsibilities Engage with prospective clients through outbound calling, warm calling, but mostly in-person appearances. Marketing to plumbing, HVAC and roofing companies. Building relationships within the trades. Hosting some events. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and maintaining positive client relationships. Support business development initiatives by identifying new market opportunities and participating in outreach campaigns. Should take pride in physical appearance. Proficiency in telemarketing techniques and outbound calling strategies. Familiarity with software, such as Google Sheets, Encircle, House call Pro. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, to clearly articulate value propositions. Knowledge of marketing principles combined with customer service expertise to foster client engagement. Skilled in business development tactics that drive growth through strategic outreach efforts.
