Part-Time Proposal & Marketing Coordinator Next Ridgeline Company Kansas City, KS Job Details Part-time $20 - $25 an hour 4 hours ago Benefits Flexible schedule Qualifications Microsoft Word Attention to detail Adobe InDesign Adobe Acrobat Layout design Full Job Description Job Overview Next Ridgeline Company is seeking a part-time Proposal & Marketing Coordinator to support proposal production, marketing, document design, LinkedIn content, website updates, template creation, and general administrative support. This role will average approximately 10 hours per week and is ideal for someone with strong design instincts, excellent attention to detail, and experience using Adobe products, including InDesign, Acrobat Pro, and Adobe Express. The position will support federal real estate proposals, marketing materials, branded templates, social media content, PDF packaging, website updates, and general office organization.
Important requirement:
The successful candidate must physically reside in a designated HUBZone. Our office will be located in Kansas City, KS, but the employee's primary residence must be within a qualified HUBZone. Responsibilities We are looking for someone who is reliable, responsive, organized, deadline-conscious, and interested in growing with the company. This is a production-oriented role that includes both creative work and routine administrative support. The position may grow into additional hours and responsibilities based on performance, reliability, workload, and company needs. Qualifications Preferred skills include Adobe InDesign, Adobe Acrobat Pro, Adobe Express, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, website editing, LinkedIn posting, PDF packaging, proposal formatting, and template creation. Experience with federal proposals, real estate, construction, architecture, or government contracting is helpful but not required.
Pay:
$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
