This position will report to the FiberTite Marketing Communications Manager.POSITION SUMMARY
The Promotions and Sample Coordinator is responsible for assisting with the coordination and distribution of literature and sales tools.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Works under the direction of the Sales and Marketing Support Specialist to create and distribute samples, brochures, advertising literature, and sales tools in a timely manner. Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines and work independently to complete tasks with minimal direction. Assists with all tasks related to assembly of samples. Assists with preparation and shipment of sample orders to sales team and customers. Prepares and ships materials for trade shows. Keep an accurate inventory of promotional items. Able to provide backup support/assistance to Sales and Marketing Support Specialist when on vacation, etc. Learn and utilize Salesforce.com to manage literature and samples requests. Learn and utilize Oracle system to check inventory and place material requests.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) One year experience in a manufacturing environment or related work; or equivalent combination of education and experienceCOMPETENCIES
