Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a creative, organized Real Estate Marketing Coordinator to support marketing, social media, events and daily real estate activities. This hands-on role is ideal for someone eager to learn the luxury real estate business while working alongside top-performing brokers.
- Licensed real estate agents are eligible to earn commissions in addition to their hourly compensation. Responsibilities
- Execute digital, email and print marketing campaigns.
- Manage CRM and marketing platforms.
- Write listing copy, newsletters and promotional content.
- Create photo and video content for social media.
- Post, tag and schedule content across platforms.
- Attend broker open houses and property tours.
- Assist with and host public open houses.
- Support client, broker and community events.
- Coordinate brand partnerships and sponsorships.
- Deliver signs, materials, invitations and gifts.
- Provide general marketing and administrative support. Qualifications
- Strong organizational and project-management skills.
- Knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and TikTok.
- Experience creating and posting digital content.
- Strong writing and communication skills.
- Creative, professional and detail-oriented.
- Enthusiastic about learning luxury real estate.
- Familiarity with Fairfield County is required; strong knowledge of Greenwich and the surrounding communities is preferred.
- Must have a valid driver's license, insured personal vehicle and reliable transportation.
- An active Connecticut real estate salesperson license is preferred; otherwise, the candidate must be willing to obtain one.
- Licensed real estate agents are eligible to earn commissions in addition to their hourly compensation.
Pay:
