What You'll Do Prospect and generate new residential and light commercial leads through networking, referrals, realtor partnerships, community events, and targeted outreach. Schedule and conduct in-home consultations, educating customers on our premium services (carpet cleaning, tile & grout, upholstery, pet odor removal). Present clear proposals that highlight the LustraPro advantage: visible results, health benefits, and our 100% satisfaction guarantee. Close sales confidently, handle objections, and upsell complementary services. Build long-term customer relationships that drive repeat business and referrals. Track activity and pipeline in our CRM and work closely with our certified cleaning team. Represent LustraPro with professionalism and integrity in the communities we serve. What We're Looking For Proven sales experience (home services, B2C, or consultative sales preferred — but great attitude and hunger to succeed matter most). Outgoing, trustworthy personality with excellent communication skills. Self-motivated "hunter" who enjoys building territory and winning new business. Reliable transportation, clean driving record, and willingness to travel locally. Basic familiarity with CRM tools and mobile technology. Passion for customer satisfaction and a genuine desire to help families enjoy healthier homes. No carpet cleaning experience?
