Duties Greet customers warmly and identify their needs through active listening and engaging conversation Present product offerings confidently, highlighting features, benefits, and pricing options to maximize sales opportunities Upsell additional products or services to enhance customer experience and increase revenue Conduct merchandising activities to ensure displays are attractive, organized, and aligned with brand standards Assist customers with product selection, answer questions about features or pricing, and provide exceptional customer service Perform some light lifting when necessary to load or unload products during deliveries or stock replenishment Maintain organized records of sales transactions, route schedules, and inventory levels Requirements Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience in commercial driving preferred Strong math skills for calculating pricing, discounts, and profit margins accurately Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently as part of daily duties Demonstrated organizational skills for managing routes, schedules, and merchandising tasks Prior experience in sales or customer service roles is highly desirable Knowledge of route driving techniques and familiarity with local roads is a plus Background in military service is advantageous for discipline and teamwork qualities Join us as a Sales Representative if you're passionate about connecting with people, thrive in active environments, and are eager to grow your career in sales!
