Job Description

Job Title:
Commission-Only Sales Representative — HealthySC (Upstate SC)
Job Type:
Independent Contractor (1099),
Commission-Only Location:
Upstate SC — Greenville, Spartanburg, Anderson, Pickens, Oconee counties. In-person relationship building with nonprofits will greatly impact your ability to close these membership & sponsorship/advertising deals.
Pay:
Commission only — 35% of first-year contract value per closed sponsorship, paid upon signed contract and received payment. No cap on earnings. About the Role HealthySC is a statewide community health resource directory connecting residents with local healthcare providers, nonprofits, and wellness services. We're looking for a self-motivated sales rep to grow sponsorship and listing-ad revenue from nonprofits, agencies, and wellness businesses across Upstate SC. What You'll Do Prospect and close annual sponsorship/ad placements with local nonprofits, healthcare organizations, and wellness businesses - start with our lead list Leverage existing relationships with nonprofit and community health organizations to open doors Manage your own pipeline and schedule — full autonomy on territory and outreach Use provided sales materials and pricing sheet to pitch sponsorship packages Report closed deals through our sales tracking dashboard HealthySC has a large (2,600+) lead pool already from which you can work Who You Are Established relationships within the nonprofit / community health space in Upstate SC strongly preferred Background in advertising sales (digital, print, or local media) a strong plus Comfortable with tech platforms — you'll be working with a web-based directory product and a sales dashboard for reporting Comfortable with 100% commission compensation Self-starter with reliable transportation, based in or near Upstate SC Compensation Details 35% commission on first-year membership or sponsorship contract value Paid upon signed contract and received payment No salary, no draw, no benefits Opportunity for significant growth as HealthySC expands (you will help drive that expansion), in addition to other state directories across the HealthyUSA footprint
