Sales Execution:

Proactively engage customers, explain product features, and close sales transactions.

Translation & Communication:

Seamlessly switch between English and Spanish to assist Spanish-speaking clients and document sales in English.

Customer Service:

Answer questions regarding pricing, warranties, and inventory in the customer's preferred language.

Lead Generation:

Identify new sales opportunities within the Hispanic market and follow up on leads. Requirements

Fluency:

Must be fully bilingual (English/Spanish) with strong verbal and written skills in both.

Experience:

1+ years in sales, retail, or customer-facing roles.

Skills:

Strong persuasion, negotiation, and basic math (for cash/credit transactions).
