We are seeking a polished and highly professional Lead Wedding Planner / Creative Event Lead to support select weddings and events throughout the year. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in luxury environments, understands high-end client service, has exceptional attention to detail, and naturally carries themselves with confidence, professionalism, and grace. Position Overview This is not a traditional wedding coordinator role. We are looking for someone who can operate as a trusted creative partner and extension of the Style Luxe Weddings brand. The selected candidate will assist with select client meetings, collaborate on event execution, support planning logistics, and help lead seamless wedding day operations onsite. Candidates must be proactive, organized, calm under pressure, solutions-oriented, and capable of delivering an exceptional luxury client experience. Responsibilities Attend 1-2 client meetings per wedding/event Collaborate on wedding logistics and event execution Assist with timeline management and vendor communication Support setup, styling, and overall guest experience Lead portions of wedding day execution onsite Maintain professionalism and composure in fast-paced environments Represent the Style Luxe Weddings brand with excellence Ensure elevated hospitality and attention to detail throughout the event experience Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate: Has experience in weddings, luxury events, hospitality, or creative production Has strong communication and organizational skills Is dependable, adaptable, and solutions-oriented Has a strong eye for aesthetics and elevated experiences Works well independently and collaboratively Understands luxury client expectations and hospitality standards Maintains professionalism and confidentiality at all times Presentation & Brand Standards As a luxury wedding brand, professionalism, presentation, and personal style are important aspects of this role.

Schedule Expectations Primarily weekend availability Wedding and event dates vary seasonally Some evening rehearsal attendance may be required Flexible availability preferred during peak wedding season Compensation Structure This is a per-wedding independent contractor position rather than hourly employment.
