Job Summary:
What will you do? Are you passionate about fishing, the outdoors, and creating great customer experiences? As a Consumer Service Intern , you'll engage directly with consumers through chat, email, phone, and social media—assisting with orders, resolving issues, and sharing product knowledge to strengthen our brands. This internship is a launchpad for your career in the fishing and outdoor industry, offering hands-on experience in consumer engagement and brand support while collaborating with marketing and sales teams to help shape the future of Pure Fishing. What makes you a great catch You have excellent communication skills—both written and verbal. You have hands-on angling experience and a genuine passion for the fishing lifestyle. You're organized, flexible, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment. You enjoy problem-solving and providing positive, solution-oriented service. You're comfortable with data entry and basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office and spreadsheets. Bonus points if you have previous experience in customer service, retail, or social media engagement.
