Job Description

SALES AND MARKETING REPRESENTATIVE
The Account Representative/Marketing role is a full-time, on-site position based in Florence, SC. This role involves building and maintaining relationships with client organizations, responding to their staffing needs, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The individual will support sales and marketing efforts by prospecting new business, presenting service offerings, and helping to develop local marketing initiatives and campaigns. Day-to-day activities include managing client accounts, coordinating with internal recruiting teams, handling inquiries, and preparing reports or presentations related to client performance and market trends. The role also includes supporting training and onboarding activities for clients and associates to promote successful placements and long-term partnerships. •Qualifications•+ Candidates should possess strong Account Management and Sales skills to grow and support client relationships. + Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service and Communication skills to respond to client needs and represent the company professionally. + Candidates should possess Training experience and related facilitation skills to support client and associate onboarding or process education. + Candidates should possess basic marketing and business development skills, including local outreach, networking, and campaign support. + Relevant experience in staffing, recruiting, or workforce solutions is beneficial. + Ability to work on-site in Florence, SC, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. + Proficiency with standard office software and CRM or applicant tracking systems is preferred. + A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience, is advantageous. This position requires a self-disciplined, driven, and career-oriented individual and offers unlimited earnings potential including base salary, car allowance, gas card, and liberal commission schedule. Pay Details:
•$50,000.00 to $75,000.00 per year Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
