Job Description
## Overview We are seeking a dynamic Event Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating memorable events and have a strong background in marketing and digital strategies. ## Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and execute a variety of events from conception through to completion
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure all event requirements are met
- Develop event marketing strategies to drive attendance and engagement
- Utilize marketing automation tools to promote events effectively
- Manage event budgets and track expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness
- Oversee event logistics including venue selection, catering, and audiovisual setup
- Create post-event reports to evaluate success and identify areas for improvement ## Skills
- Proficiency in marketing automation, sales, advertising, and digital marketing
- Experience with social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
