Description We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator who is energized by building something new, thrives in a collaborative environment, and is passionate about connecting people with places that are designed to last for generations. The Marketing Coordinator will support all marketing, branding, and communications efforts for the Real Estate Development Division. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, creative professional who enjoys managing multiple projects, shaping brand presence, and supporting the launch and growth of new real estate communities. You will work closely with development, sales, communications, and external partners to ensure consistent messaging, strong market visibility, and high-quality marketing materials. You will also work with project stakeholders to design, implement and measure the effectiveness of certain community programming and events at our various master planned communities. Key Responsibilities Marketing & Branding Assist in developing and executing branding and marketing strategies for new residential, commercial, industrial and mixed-use developments. Maintain brand consistency across all real estate marketing materials, presentations, signage, and digital assets. Coordinate the creation of brand standards, brochures, maps, renderings, community guides, and other collateral with internal teams and external vendors. Digital Marketing & Content Assist in the creation of websites and support updates, property listings, and digital content for certain master planned communities, industrial and real estate projects. Manage social media content calendars and posts related to events, development milestones, community stories and land stewardship initiatives. Draft and edit copy for websites, newsletters, press releases, email campaigns, and project updates. Market Research & Reporting Conduct market research on development companies and projects, demographic/psychographic trends, regional growth patterns and consumer behavior. Track marketing performance metrics and prepare regular reports for leadership. Assist in preparing presentations for internal stakeholders, investors, and community partners. Project Coordination Support the planning and execution of community events, groundbreaking ceremonies, and stakeholder meetings. Coordinate photography, videography, drone shoots, and other visual documentation of development progress. Manage marketing timelines, vendor relationships, and project budgets. Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with the Real Estate Development team to understand project goals, timelines, and positioning. Work with Corporate Communications to align messaging with the company's broader brand and sustainability commitments. Collaborate with legal, sales, and operations teams to ensure accuracy and compliance in all marketing materials. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Communications, Real Estate, Business, or related field. 2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in master planned community development, real estate, land development, construction, or related industries. Strong writing, editing, and content creation skills. Proficiency with Copilot, Microsoft Office and familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite). Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Preferred Experience supporting marketing for residential or commercial development projects. Knowledge of real estate marketing platforms, CRM systems, and digital advertising tools. Familiarity with GIS maps, land plans, or architectural/engineering drawings. Interest in sustainability, land stewardship, and community development. What We Offer:
Compensation:
This role is eligible for our annual merit-increase program, and we are targeting a salary range of $58,800-$88,200 based on your level of skills, qualifications and experience. You will also be eligible for our Annual Incentive Program, which offers a cash bonus targeting 5% of base pay. Potential plan funding may range from zero to two times that target.

Retirement:
Employees are able to enroll in our company's 401k plan, which includes a paid company match in addition to our annual contribution equal to 5% of your base salary.
Paid Time Off or Vacation:
We provide eligible employees who are scheduled to work 25 hours or more per week with 3-weeks of paid vacation to use during your first year of employment. In addition, after being employed for six months, eligible employees begin to accrue vacation for future use.
