Job Description

High energy person who enjoys people and being creative with fun events. This would include taking care of bringing in new events and fun for everyone. You would work together with a team in a fun clean environment. As a family owned, small business, all team members work together for the good of our guests. We all help with guests, marketing, cleaning, and serving our guests for an enjoyable and fun time at DelMonaco Winery.

Provide exceptional customer service to guests and clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Manage event budgets, negotiating contracts with vendors and suppliers to maximize resources. Collaborate with marketing teams to promote events and enhance visibility through various channels. Organize logistics, including catering and venue arrangements, to ensure seamless event operations. Qualifications Proven experience in event planning and management Strong customer service and communication skills Excellent time management and organizational abilities Proficiency in budgeting and financial oversight Familiarity with negotiation and marketing strategies Relevant experience in hospitality, catering, or restaurant environments Ability to upsell and promote events effectively Knowledge of contracts and fundraising initiatives
