What You'll Do Build Community:

Plan and lead parties, educational programs, cultural events, workshops, and outings. Connect with

Residents:

Learn residents' stories, interests, and preferences through meaningful one-on-one time.

Support Technology:

Assist with tablets, personal devices, presentations, audiovisual equipment, and interactive experiences.

Set Up Events:

Safely arrange furniture, equipment, and supplies for community activities.

Collaborate:

Partner with culinary, care, and operations teams to create successful events.

Multitask:

Balance event logistics, resident engagement, and changing priorities with energy and flexibility.

Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

Tech-Savvy:

Confident with everyday technology and event equipment.

Physically Capable:

Able to safely lift, push, and rearrange furniture and equipment.

Strong Communicator:

Skilled at managing multiple responsibilities while connecting with residents.

Requirements:

Must pass required background checks and health screenings.
