Treatment/ Marketing Coordinator

Our fun, fast-paced office is looking for a treatment/marketing coordinator to join our team. Experience is preferred. We are looking for a candidate to work at our West Knoxville offices Tuesday-Friday.

RESPONSIBILITIES

(including, but not limited to): Guide new patients and parents through a welcoming, high-quality consultation experience Coordinate and present diagnostic records (photos, x-rays, scans) to support clinical decisions Partner closely with the doctor to ensure a seamless, confident patient handoff Clearly present treatment plans and financial options to drive case acceptance Proactively follow up with pending patients to maximize conversion and start rates Serve as the primary relationship manager for patients and families throughout treatment Build trust and reinforce confidence in recommended care Manage patient expectations and resolve concerns with professionalism and empathy Maintain consistent communication before, during, and after treatment with patients and parents Track and manage pending, observation, and unscheduled patients to ensure accountability Maintain accurate, organized patient records, contracts, and documentation Monitor patient progress and support adherence to estimated treatment timelines Collaborate with referring offices to strengthen professional relationships Support practice growth through internal and external marketing Contribute to team meetings and continuous improvement efforts Benefits Competitive pay 401(k) Plan Paid vacation time and paid holidays Courtesy off orthodontic treatment for yourself and immediate family members Uniform allowance

Requirements :

Strong communication skills Ability to multitask Comfortable with the computer and programs such as Word, Excel and Outlook RDA license for the state of TN Apply today!
