Role Summary We're looking for a Promotion Coordinator to join Nettwerk's radio team, working closely with the VP of Radio Promotion to support national campaigns across our recorded music roster. This role supports day-to-day radio promotion across all formats, as well as digital partner activity with Pandora and iHeart. You'll help keep campaigns organized, reporting accurate, invoices tracked, and partners aligned from setup through execution. You're organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and tuned into how music moves across radio, streaming, and digital platforms. Role Responsibilities Campaign & Partner Support Support the VP of Radio Promotion across campaigns at all radio formats Assist with day-to-day coordination & communication with radio partners, Pandora, iHeart Digital, and other promotional contacts Keep campaigns organized across timelines, priorities, reporting, and partner follow-up Coordinate promotional opportunities, including in-studio sessions, interviews, station activations, giveaways, time buys, and contesting Track artist tour routing by market to identify local radio promotional opportunities Maintain organized campaign materials, schedules, partner updates, and internal notes across active releases Reporting & Analytics Track daily spins, Mediabase data, adds, chart movement, and key campaign updates Monitor Pandora, iHeart, and relevant digital performance indicators to support campaign strategy Build and distribute regular radio and digital promotion reports for internal teams and external partners Monitor market-level trends across radio and digital platforms to assess campaign impact Maintain accurate tracking across internal systems, reports, and campaign databases Assets & Release Coordination Create and distribute radio one-sheets, email blasts, and other promotional materials Coordinate E-Servicing bookings, release timing, and promotional scheduling across radio and digital partners Manage music and asset delivery across platforms, including Mediabase, PlayMPE, Pandora, iHeart Digital, and related systems Ensure promotional materials are accurate, delivered on schedule, and FCC compliant where applicable Administrative & Operational Support Support day-to-day operational needs of the VP of Radio Promotion Keep campaign files, reports, invoices, budgets, and promotional materials organized and up to date Manage and track invoicing, assist with budget reconciliation, and coordinate vendor and promotional partner payments Coordinate schedules, materials, and logistics for meetings, shows, events, and artist appearances Represent the radio team at shows, conferences, and industry events as needed Role Requirements 1-3 years of experience in radio, music promotion, marketing, streaming, digital platforms, or related fields Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities Clear communicator who works well with internal teams, artists, managers, radio partners, DSPs, and external vendors Comfortable working with campaign data, reporting, and performance tracking Detail-oriented self-starter who follows through and keeps projects moving Interest in radio promotion, digital music platforms, artist development, and today's evolving music landscape Technical Skills Familiarity with radio, digital, and DSP tools, including Mediabase, PlayMPE, All Access, Disco, Pandora AMP, iHeart digital platforms, Spotify for Artists, Apple Music for Artists, Chartmetric, or similar tools Strong proficiency in G-Suite, including Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Drive Comfortable using AI tools to improve workflow efficiency, reporting, research, data organization, scheduling, and communication Experience using AI tools for drafting, summarizing, organizing campaign information, and supporting day-to-day administrative work is a strong plus Basic design skills using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools for promotional materials Comfortable maintaining organized digital files, trackers, reports, and campaign materials Nettwerk is an equal opportunity employer.
