About us We Rock The Spectrum Kids Gym is an inclusive, sensory gym for kid's of ALL abilities. Besides open play at the gym, we offer Birthday Party Rentals, Classes, Parent's Nights Out, Special Themed Events, Field Trips, Fundraisers and a lot more. Team Members for Inclusive Kid's Gym We are looking for team members that are amazing at customer service, love to be around kids and are As particular about cleanliness as much as we are! If that's you then join our team of fun loving, committed and passionate individuals who jump in and get things done! Part-time, weekday and weekend positions available. Job Description/Requirements Staff will manage the duties of member services, assist with birthday parties and other events, assist parents that need a helping hand in the gym, and help maintain a clean gym for our guests.
  • Must be compassionate with children of ALL abilities.
  • Must have excellent customer service skills. You should be able to chat with parents, tell them about the gym and the various services we offer. Should be able to problem solve, multi task and think on your feet.
  • Must be willing to help maintain our clean environment at the gym. Cleaning responsibilities include vacuuming, mopping, wiping, dusting the gym and lobby area and bathrooms. You would also be responsible for making sure the gym stays organized at all times. This is a BIG part of the daily duties!
  • Must have basic computer skills and be able to learn our POS system
  • Reliability, professionalism and desire to learn and grow Some previous experience working with children or event management (e.
g. running birthday parties) highly preferred. Weekend availability is required High School diploma or enrollment in a 3rd or 4th year required.
