Grand Homes Marketing Team is in search of a Listing Coordinator who will manage our inventory homes and listings. The Listing Coordinator is responsible for the accuracy, consistency, and performance of all home and community listings across MLS platforms, the company website, and internal systems. This role bridges operational excellence and frontline sales support: ensuring listings are current, compliant, and compelling for the sales team.

Responsibilities:

Listings Management — MLS Realtor Asso. Create, publish, and maintain all MLS listings Ensure accuracy of pricing, home status (active, pending, sold, withdrawn), descriptions, features, specs, photography, open house, and virtual tours Ensure all listings comply with MLS rules, company policies, and real estate laws. Proactively identify and resolve MLS - website mismatches Grand Homes Website Listings Assist with the management of all home and community listings on the company website Ensure website listings match MLS data exactly (price, status, availability) and reflect accurate inventory and move-in readiness Use current photography and descriptions at all times Photography Processing & Management Ensure all homes have current, approved assets Size, organize, edit, and virtually stage new home photography Coordinate updates for new photography when needed and ensure photography is consistently updated across MLS, website, and internal systems Reporting & Performance Tracking Track listing performance metrics, including days on market as well as listing views and engagement Provide regular reporting or insights to sales and marketing leadership Identify trends or risks that could impact sales or buyer experience Other duties as assigned
