About the Role The Marketing Analytics Coordinator is a new position reporting directly to the VP of Marketing. You will own the data layer of the marketing department: dashboards, CRM hygiene, attribution tracking, performance reporting, and budget reconciliation across every channel we run (paid search, paid social, SEO, referral programs, community outreach, TV, radio, billboards, and social media). You will also handle recurring admin detail like invoice tracking, vendor payment coordination, and media insertion orders. This is not a role where you sit in a corner and pull reports nobody reads. The data you manage directly drives how we allocate budget, evaluate campaigns, measure referral partner performance, and report results to firm leadership. If a number is wrong, decisions get made on bad information. If a report is late, the team flies blind. You need to care about getting it right.
What You Will Do:
Build, maintain, and improve marketing performance dashboards across all channels (paid, organic, referral, community, social, mass media) Own CRM data hygiene in Filevine and Lawruler, making sure marketing source attribution is accurate, complete, and current for every lead and signed case Manage CallRail tracking: categorize, tag, and reconcile call data with firm systems daily Prepare and deliver weekly and monthly performance reports to the VP of Marketing, pulling data from every team member and channel into a single consolidated view Run deep-dive analysis on CPL, CAC, ROAS, conversion rates, referral volume, case mix, and revenue attribution by channel and market Support the Digital Marketing Manager with campaign performance analysis, A/B test results, and optimization recommendations backed by real numbers Support the Referral Marketing Specialist and Community Referral Specialist with referral source performance data, partner ROI, and attribution validation Track intake funnel metrics (speed-to-contact, speed-to-consult, conversion rates, drop-off points) in coordination with the Intake department Reconcile marketing spend against budget monthly and deliver variance analysis with explanations Manage invoice tracking, vendor payment coordination, and media insertion order documentation Audit referral source attribution across all channels to catch discrepancies before they compound Develop and maintain forecast models for lead volume, spend, and case acquisition projections Maintain organized documentation of all marketing operations processes, vendor contacts, and system accessWhat We Are Looking For:
2-5 years of experience in marketing analytics, marketing operations, data analysis, or a similar role where you owned reporting and data quality Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data modeling). You should be the person other people come to when their spreadsheet breaks Experience building dashboards and reports, whether in Google Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau, or even well-structured spreadsheets Experience with CRM systems and marketing attribution. Filevine, Lawruler, Salesforce, or HubSpot experience is a plus but not required Experience with call tracking platforms (CallRail preferred) and understanding of how phone leads get attributed Comfort working with paid media data (Google Ads, Meta Ads) and understanding metrics like CPL, CAC, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates Strong attention to detail. You catch errors before they go out the door, not after Ability to communicate data clearly to people who are not data people. No jargon, no confusion, just clear answers Organized and reliable. You hit deadlines, you keep clean files, and you follow through without being chased Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift and you may be asked to pull something together on short notice Nice to Have (Not Required) Experience in legal marketing or professional services marketing Familiarity with SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console) Experience with budget tracking, invoice management, or media buying documentation SQL or basic database query skills Experience supporting multiple stakeholders with competing data requests How toApply:
