Marketing Representative / Project Coordinator SERVPRO of Marble Falls & Lampasas is seeking a personable, organized, and motivated Marketing Representative / Project Coordinator to join our team. This position combines business development and relationship management with coordination and administrative support for restoration projects. Marketing & Business Development Promote and sell SERVPRO of Marble Falls & Lampasas restoration and specialty cleaning services within assigned territories. Develop and maintain relationships with insurance agents, property managers, real estate professionals, contractors, and other referral partners. Make regular in-person visits to current and prospective referral partners using a route-based sales approach. Identify opportunities to generate new business and increase referrals. Participate in networking events, community activities, and local business functions. Coordinate marketing campaigns, presentations, appreciation events, and promotional activities. Maintain accurate records of contacts, referrals, appointments, and marketing activities. Project Coordination Assist with coordinating restoration projects from initial assignment through completion. Communicate with customers, insurance representatives, technicians, subcontractors, and other parties involved in the project. Schedule appointments, inspections, services, and follow-up visits. Monitor job progress and keep customers informed throughout the process. Assist with gathering job documentation, photos, estimates, authorizations, and other required paperwork. Follow up on outstanding information, approvals, and customer needs while helping keep projects organized and moving forward. Previous experience in marketing, sales, customer service, project coordination, insurance, commercial cleaning, or restoration is a plus, but not required.
